Are Labelly stickers waterproof?
Yes, our stickers are waterproof and suitable for everyday items such as drink bottles, lunch boxes and containers.

Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes, they are dishwasher safe. However, high heat or very strong dishwasher cycles may affect the sticker over time. For best results, hand washing is recommended when possible. If using a dishwasher, we recommend a short cycle under 30 minutes.

What surfaces do they work best on?
They work best on smooth surfaces such as plastic, glass and metal.

Can I use them on fabric?
No, these stickers are not suitable for fabric or clothing.

Can I customise the design?
You can choose from the available designs and add your chosen name. Fonts, colours and design layouts are fixed unless stated otherwise.

Can I use a long name?
Yes, but longer names may appear smaller to fit the design. Names with 4–7 letters usually look the best.

For a cleaner look, we recommend shortening longer names. For example, “Timmy Kim” could be written as “Tim”, “Timmy K.” or “Timmy.K”.

Can I cancel or change my order?
As each order is personalised, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
